Office Depot Europe required a new employee engagement platform (intranet portal). Working with a 3rd-party supplier, I managed the process from planning to delivery. Office Depot Europe was already using O365 and cloud-based with it’s productivity applications, making further streamlining and consolidation of their internal I.T. architecture. The platform was deployed in 13 countries and made available to 6000 employees.
The platform is responsive, works on mobile with nothing to install, and has revolutionised the capability of the communications department. Now that there are no barrier for accessing, 100% of the workforce have visibility of business news and documents. The integrations with O365 creates a seamless link for employees productivity applications, saving them time and increasing efficiency. The communications department now have the tools to widen their thinking on engagement and aid a positive impact on the culture of the organisation.
